These Terms of Service govern the provision of technology services by IDOSS to our clients. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

We believe in transparent, fair, and professional relationships with our clients. These terms ensure clarity on expectations, responsibilities, and service delivery.

Service Scope & Delivery
  • Services are delivered according to agreed project specifications and timelines
  • Any changes to scope require written agreement and may affect pricing
  • We commit to delivering high-quality, professional technology solutions
  • Project milestones and deliverables are clearly defined in service agreements
  • Regular communication and progress updates throughout project duration
Client Responsibilities
  • Provide necessary access to systems and information for service delivery
  • Designate a primary contact person for project coordination
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Provide feedback and requirements in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
  • Client retains ownership of existing intellectual property and data
  • Custom developments are owned by client upon full payment
  • Open-source components remain under their respective licenses
  • We retain rights to methodologies, tools, and reusable components
  • Confidentiality agreements protect sensitive information
Payment Terms
  • Payment schedules are defined in individual service agreements
  • Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated
  • Taxes and additional costs are clearly communicated upfront
Limitation of Liability
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Force majeure events may affect service delivery timelines
  • Clients are responsible for backing up their data and systems
  • Third-party service issues are beyond our direct control
Service Warranty
  • Services are warranted to be performed in a professional manner
  • Defects in our work will be corrected at no additional cost
  • Warranty period is typically 90 days from project completion
  • Warranty does not cover issues caused by client modifications
  • Support and maintenance terms are defined separately
